These are the questions that actually arrive, answered at the length they deserve rather than in one line. If yours is not among them, write in - every message is read by a person.

Questions

Everything people ask

Is Strong 8K related to STRONG satellite receivers or SRT decoders?

No, and the two are not connected in any way. STRONG Technologies is a hardware manufacturer whose SRT-numbered satellite and terrestrial receivers have been sold in electrical shops for years; this is an internet television subscription, sold as a username and a password. Nothing bought here will activate, repair, update or supply channels to one of those boxes, and no receiver ships with this service attached. The names collide in search results and nowhere else.

What does Strong 8K cost, and does a longer term get cheaper?

Eight lengths are sold, every one of them paid once at the start: one month $10.00, three months $25.00, six months $35.00, twelve months $50.00, twenty-four months $95.00, thirty-six months $130.00, forty-eight months $160.00, and a lifetime line at $370.00. Twelve months bought once costs $50.00 against $120.00 for twelve single months, so yes - the discount is in the length rather than in a coupon, and there is no code to hunt for.

The long version: All eight terms, side by side

What arrives after I pay, and how quickly?

Text, and nothing in a box: the address of the server, the username on it and the password that opens it. MAG orders are the one exception - there the line is issued as a portal address, tied to the MAC you gave at checkout, with no username to type afterwards. Whichever form your order takes, the values appear on the confirmation page and reach the email address you typed at checkout in the same moment, because the activation panel builds the line from the payment confirmation rather than waiting for somebody at this end to read a message. We do not print a figure in minutes: the ordinary case is that the details are on screen before you have finished reading the page, and the one thing that stretches it - a bank holding the payment for extra verification - is not ours to promise around. The confirmation carries an order number beginning S8KM-, which is the reference to quote for anything afterwards.

The long version: What you hold once the payment clears

Is there a Strong 8K app, and is there a Fire Stick code?

Yes to both. The Android and Fire TV build is downloaded from strong8k.watch, the Windows build comes from its Microsoft Store listing, and on a Fire TV Stick the quickest route is the Downloader app plus the code 5322729, which is printed on the apps page. Anything advertising itself as a Strong 8K installer on a forum or a file locker did not come from us; it will not be updated when the catalogue format moves, and that is the usual reason a player works for a fortnight and then stops.

The long version: The installers and the Downloader code

Can I get a refund if it does not work?

Yes, on two conditions: the request reaches us no later than seven days after the order date, and the line is one we cannot get working from our side. Quote the S8KM- number, list what you have already tried, and send it to support@4kzone.site or the WhatsApp number. An answer comes back inside two working days; where it is yes, the money returns to the card that paid it, and the bank then takes its own five to ten working days to post it. The refund page carries the exclusions, each one written out rather than summarised.

The long version: The exclusions, one by one

Is there a free trial of Strong 8K?

No, and saying so in one word seemed better than a trial form whose only real output is a follow-up from sales. What stands in its place is the entry term: $10.00 buys a month, which is the cheapest honest way to learn whether the channels your household actually watches hold up on your own connection. Should that line prove unworkable from our side, the seven-day refund window applies to the $10.00 exactly as it applies to the $370.00 lifetime term. Sites handing out free Strong 8K codes are not us.

Which countries and channel groups does Strong 8K cover?

The catalogue is the same wherever you are; what you choose at checkout is which of three regional groups opens first - United States, Europe or Arabic - and whether adult categories are carried at all. That choice reorders the list rather than shortening it, so a European order still reaches the American groups by scrolling. The service travels with the credentials, so a subscription bought in one country keeps working in another without anything being moved.

Which devices and players work with a Strong 8K line?

All of these, each with a page of its own in the setup section: Windows and macOS computers, Android phones, tablets and boxes, Amazon Fire TV sticks, Samsung and LG televisions, MAG and Formuler set-top boxes, and iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Every one of those pages is written against the menus that device really shows, screen by screen, instead of against a generic install. Our own build is only one option: the line opens in anything that speaks Xtream Codes or reads an M3U link. Apple hardware has to take a player from the App Store, since sideloading is closed there, and Samsung and LG sets want one from their own store.

The long version: Picking a player for your device

Xtream Codes, M3U or MAG - which should I pick?

The first two are the same three values wearing different clothes. Xtream keeps the address, the username and the password in separate boxes and fetches categories only as you open them, and it is the only one of the three that can carry catch-up - take it wherever a player offers the choice. M3U wraps those same values into one long playlist link and pulls the entire catalogue down in a single fetch. MAG belongs to another category altogether: there is no app and no login, because the box MAC you handed over at checkout is what the portal recognises.

Can more than one screen watch at the same time?

Only as many as the connection count you bought. Installing the player on six devices is fine and nothing counts installations, but each stream that is actually running occupies one slot, and the ceiling is applied on the server rather than inside the app - which is why going over it usually produces no error message at all, just a channel that never starts. Count screens rather than viewers at your busiest hour: a set nobody has switched off is still using its slot whether or not anyone is in the room.

The long version: Terms that carry more than one connection

What should I do if a channel shows an error or will not open?

Start with the channel list, because what it does splits the problem in half. A full list with nothing behind it proves the line authenticated, so expiry and a mistyped password are both out, and the next thing to try is a different server address - your account page prints spares, and any of them serves the same line. An empty list points the other way: check the expiry date, then retype all three values one character at a time. Where a single channel misbehaves and its neighbours do not, the source is at fault rather than your setup, and the name in your own player spelling is what we need to chase it.

The long version: Changing the server address on your line

How do I renew, and does anything change when I do?

Use the renew form with the username you already hold rather than buying again from the plans page, which would build a second, separate line beside the first. A renewal only moves the expiry date: the server address, the username, the password and any saved playlist link stay exactly as they are, so nothing in the house needs touching. Pay a few days before the date rather than after it - extending a line that is still answering is immediate, while waking a lapsed one occasionally waits on somebody at this end.

The long version: Extend the line you already hold

Is support available around the clock?

No - printing a figure we could not honour seemed worse than saying so. There is somebody on support@4kzone.site and on WhatsApp at +1 581 781 1218 every day of the week, weekends included, and a couple of hours is the usual wait; overnight, nobody is at the desk. Lead with your S8KM- number, the device in front of you and the channel name exactly as your player prints it, and the answer tends to arrive first time rather than fourth.

The long version: The support routes and what to include

Which payment methods can I use?

Cards only, and the card itself is typed on the gateway checkout, never on a Strong 8K page; whatever verification your bank insists on happens at that end too. Every price here - the $10.00 month through to the $370.00 lifetime line - is quoted in US dollars, while settlement happens in Egyptian pounds, so what lands on your statement is that same dollar price in pounds, taken at the rate for that day. The receipt carries both figures alongside the rate used, which is what lets you reconcile them. Two things only come back to this host: that the charge went through, and a transaction reference filed against the S8KM- order.

The long version: What the checkout asks for

How much internet speed does it need, and do I need a VPN?

Budget 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps per 4K stream, counted across everything playing at once, then leave headroom above that: a two-connection line sitting exactly on its arithmetic stutters the moment somebody else in the house opens anything. Consistency decides more than the speed-test number - most stalling is packets arriving late or not at all rather than a pipe that is too narrow. No VPN is needed and we do not sell or bundle one; it can help where an ISP throttles streaming and can hurt by lengthening the route, so any diagnosis starts with it switched off.

The long version: Picture problems, checked in order

Why is the programme guide empty or shifted on some channels?

Those are two different faults. Empty on one channel means the XMLTV identifier behind it has drifted, usually after a broadcaster rename - tell us the channel and it gets remapped. A whole guide shifted by a constant offset - every programme on every channel wrong by the same amount - is not a data fault at all: the device is converting timestamps against the wrong timezone, and the setting that corrects it lives on the device rather than here.

The long version: Find the timezone setting on your device

Does every Strong 8K term include the same channels?

Yes, deliberately so. The $10.00 month and the $370.00 lifetime line are fed by the same encoders and reach the same catalogue; length moves the expiry date and nothing else, while the connection count decides only how many streams may run at once. Nothing at all is held back from the short terms to flatter the long ones, which is why a channel you cannot find is a mapping or source question for support rather than something a bigger purchase would unlock.

The long version: What actually differs between the terms

Do catch-up and recording work?

Catch-up depends on the individual channel and reaches you through the Xtream interface rather than a flat M3U playlist, which is the strongest practical reason to choose Xtream whenever a player offers both. Recording belongs to the player rather than the subscription: several of the Android players will record to local storage, the line places no restriction on them, and nothing needs enabling at our end for it to work.

The long version: Players that handle catch-up and recording

Why does playback stall or buffer when the connection seems fine?

Because a speed test measures capacity, and capacity is rarely the thing that fails. Stalling that comes and goes is jitter and dropped packets doing their work, which is exactly why it gathers around the evening peak and around live sport rather than spreading evenly through the day. Work outwards: play the same channel on a phone with the wireless off, which separates your house from everything beyond it; then try a wired connection or move the box off a congested 2.4 GHz channel; then raise the buffer setting in the player, which trades a few seconds of delay for protection. If one channel stutters while the rest are steady, that is the source rather than your setup, and the channel name as your player prints it is what we need to chase it.

Two details make the difference: the order number, and the device the problem is on. With those in hand a reply can be specific from the first message, because the fix for a television player has almost nothing in common with the fix for a MAG portal.
