What an order records
Four fields go into the order form: your country, your phone number, the email the credentials will reach, and a name. The S8KM- entry written from them also holds the term you paid for, plus the line the panel raised against it. Choose MAG delivery and a fifth field appears, the MAC printed on the box, since a portal authenticates the hardware itself and has no username to check instead.
What never arrives here
Card numbers do not reach this site at any point. The card is entered on the payment provider own pages, your bank applies whatever verification step it requires there, and what comes back to us is a yes or a no and a transaction reference. Nothing on this side records what you watched either: the panel can see that a line is connected, and not one thing about what is on the screen.
Why the rest is kept
To build the line, to add time to it when you renew, to send the credentials, to answer a support message without asking you to re-explain the order, and to keep the accounting record any business has to keep.
The one cookie
A single session cookie, written only once you sign in or place an order, holding a random token rather than anything about you, flagged HttpOnly and Secure so no script can read it. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker anywhere on this host.
Who else sees it
Two places: the payment provider, so a charge can be taken, and the provisioning panel, so a line can be created against your order. Nothing is sold, rented or handed to an advertiser, and there is no mailing list attached to a purchase.
How long it stays
Order and account records live as long as the account does, plus the period the accounting rules require afterwards. Ask for the account to be closed and it is, minus whatever we are legally obliged to retain.
Asking for your copy
Write from the address on the account to support@4kzone.site for a copy of what is held, a correction, or a deletion. Quoting the S8KM- number makes it a same-day job rather than a search.
How it is protected
HTTPS covers this host end to end, order form included. A password is kept only as a one-way hash, never in any form that can be reversed, so a reset exists precisely because nobody here can look yours up. The staff who answer support are the only people whose access reaches customer records.
