One round of diagnosis comes first
Most money-back messages that reach this inbox describe a line that is working and a player that is not, so we ask for one exchange before the question becomes a refund. Quote the order number - it begins S8KM- - and name the device, and the answer usually arrives the same day. Moving the line to a backup host settles the case where the channel list appears and no entry will open, while the minutes between the card and the mail covers a set of credentials that has not landed yet. Where neither works, we say so plainly instead of sending you round again.
When a refund is due
Two conditions have to hold together. The fault has to sit at our end and resist repair, and the request has to reach us inside seven days of the order being placed - the date on the S8KM- record, not the date the first device was switched on. Where both are true the payment goes back in full, and we do not deduct for the days the line was live while we were trying to fix it.
What sits outside that
A working line and a struggling router is not a fault in the service, and neither is a television box that decodes in software. A channel you hoped for that we do not carry is only covered if you asked us about it before paying, which is why that question is worth sending first. Credentials that have been passed on, shared or resold fall outside the policy entirely, as does a term that is mostly spent by the time the message arrives.
Asking for one
Write to support@4kzone.site with the S8KM- number, the address you used at checkout and a sentence about what failed. A decision follows within two working days. Approved money returns by the route it arrived on, which the card issuer usually clears in five to ten working days.
Before you call the bank
Ask us before you ask them. A chargeback raised without a message here suspends the line while the dispute runs, puts a stranger at the payment provider between you and the answer, and takes weeks where an email takes days.
