Strong 8K terms of service

1. Scope

Every order placed on strong.8k.iptv.ad is governed by the version of this page that was live at the moment the order form was submitted. Submitting it is the acceptance; there is no separate signature and no tick box that means something different.

2. What is sold

You are buying a line on a streaming server for a fixed term, not a device, an application or a licence to any particular channel. Delivery takes one of three shapes: Xtream Codes credentials - address, username, password - typed field by field; an M3U link with those same values folded inside it; or, for MAG hardware, a portal address locked to the MAC you supplied on the order form. A MAG line is tied to that MAC and can only be moved by us.

3. Connection slots

The plan sets how many streams may run at the same second, and the count is enforced on the server rather than in any app. A screen that is switched on holds its slot whether or not anyone is watching it, and a player pushed into the background releases one late rather than at once. Going over the number does not always produce a readable error: frequently playback simply never begins.

4. Activation

Confirmation of the charge from the payment provider is what triggers the build, and it normally happens while the confirmation page is still in front of you. The credentials appear on that page and are mailed to the address typed at checkout, once the line answers for itself rather than at the instant the card clears. A mistyped address sends the mail somewhere real that is not you; the same values stay on the order in your account either way.

5. Use of the line

The line is for the household that bought it. Selling it on, publishing the credentials, or re-streaming anything carried on it ends the subscription without a refund. If the details have reached somebody else by accident, ask for a new password rather than waiting to see what happens.

6. Availability

Individual channels are sourced upstream and can change name, change format or stop without notice, and we cannot undertake that any single one of them will still be there next month. A channel disappearing is not by itself grounds for a refund, though it is always worth reporting: a missing entry is frequently a mapping fault we can correct.

7. What is yours to provide

A connection and a device capable of decoding the stream are your side of the arrangement. Wireless congestion, a provider throttling in the evening, an overheating television box and a router at the far end of the house all degrade playback without anything being wrong with the line, and none of them is a defect in the service. Support will still help you separate the two, because that is usually the quickest way to an answer.

8. Money

Prices are quoted in US dollars. The payment provider settles in Egyptian pounds, so the figure that reaches your statement is the dollar price converted at the provider rate of the day, and your receipt prints both numbers and the rate used. Saying it here rather than only on the receipt is the point: what you are told before paying and what your bank shows afterwards are the same charge. The term is paid for once, in advance. Nothing renews by itself, no card details are kept against a future charge, and an unused subscription therefore lapses quietly instead of billing again.

9. Ending a subscription

We may stop a line that breaks section 5, that is bought with a card that turns out not to belong to the buyer, or that is the subject of a chargeback opened before anyone wrote to us. Where the breach is a shared password rather than a resale, the usual step is a reissued password and a warning.

10. Revisions

This page is edited when the service changes, and the date above moves with it. A revision applies to orders placed after it, never retroactively to a line already running.
